hmm, sementara saya belum dapat lagi perkembangannya.
Untuk 203, agak sulit, kecuali tim diplomasi KCJ cukup kuat sehingga tidak kalah langkah dengan Nagaden.
Paling memungkinkan setelah saya riset, adalah Tobu 10K dan Sotetsu 7000.

Memangnya Nagaden juga ikut serta dalam pengadaan JR E203 ke perusahaannya (pastinya mau dijadikan seri 9000 3 gerbong)?
Padahal Nagaden yang saya ketahui tidak mengalami defisit KRL...
Menurut saya Tobu 10K dan Sotetsu kurang bagus dibandingkan JR E203/5...

The Nagano Electric Railway (長野電鉄, Nagano Dentetsu?) is a private railway based in Nagano, Japan. The company or its lines are commonly referred to as Nagaden (長電?).
Nagano Electric Railway consists of two lines in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture. The original Nagano Electric Railway was built in 1926 connecting GondÃ…Â in Nagano City with Suzaka. Later that year, the company absorbed the operations of KatÃ…Â Railway, who operated a line on the east bank of the Chikuma River running from Yashiro through Suzaka to Kijima. The next year in 1927, an additional line was constructed from ShinshÅ«-Nakano to Yudanaka, and the following year the GondÃ…Â terminus was extended to Nagano Station. The segment from Nagano to ZenkÃ…Âjishita was converted to an underground railway in 1981, and in 2002 the segment from ShinshÅ«-Nakano to Kijima was abandoned due to lack of demand.

The Nagano Line is the main line, with frequent local and express services. It is a major route for commuter traffic in Nagano City and also serves as a link for tourists going to the town of Obuse, the hot springs at Yudanaka, and the ski resorts at Shiga KÃ…Âgen. The Yashiro Line (formerly the KatÃ…Â Line) services are local only and infrequent compared to the Nagano Line since the area is more sparsely populated. Though both lines meet at Suzaka Station, there are no through services for either line.

Nagaden itu sama-sama operator, tapi cuman kuat beli bekas. Jadi, sebenernya Nagaden itu sekelas dengan KCJ, dan Nagaden dianggap "shame" di Jepang sendiri aka operator kelas 2.
Ah, KCJ bukan cuman operator tunggal luar Jepang yg impor KRL seken. Sistem metro di Buenos Aires pun pernah juga mengimpor KRL (yang jauh lebih tua) milik Tokyo Metro.

KRL yang diimpor ke Buenos Aires itu yang seri apa dan gaugenya berapa mm?
Selain Nagaden, ada juga operator kelas 2 lainnya di Jepang yang jadi saingan KCJ dalam pengadaan KRL bekas, yaitu Chichibu, Ueda, Sangi, Kumamoto, dan operator lainnya yang menggunakan sistem "one man service" (yang ada tulisan katakana "wanman/ワンマン" di kabin masinis semua armada keretanya) yang rata-rata armadanya terdiri dari 2-4 gerbong.
"One man service" itu sendiri adalah perjalanan KA yang hanya menggunakan masinis saja aka 1 orang crew, tanpa asistennya.
BTW, bagaimana perkembangan soal JR E203 yang masih menanti kejelasan siapa yang akan memboyongnya?

Tidak ada yang mencolok dari E203, tetapi jika jadi diimpor bisa menggantikan KRL hibah seri 6000, 5000 dan 1000 yang sudah hampir habis masa pakainya (masa pakai KRL hibah itu 10 tahun).
Sekedar info:
Toei 6000 => 3 x 8 + 8 x 6 = 72 gerbong
TM 5000 dan TR 1000 => 3 x 8 + 3 x 8 = 48 gerbong
Total 120 gerbong yang akan habis masa pakainya.
Rencana TM 7000 => 4 x 10 = 40 gerbong
Total defisit gerbong setelah impor 4 set TM 7000 jika Toei 6000, TM 5000 dan TR 1000 sudah TSGO = 80 gerbong = 10 set dengan 1 set = 8 rangkaian.
Note:
3 x 8 = 3 set dengan setiap setnya terdiri dari 8 gerbong
