Lokomotif ini juga buatan GE yg dilengkapi hanya 4 motor traksi (2 per bogie). Beda dgn CC201 yg semua 6 axle-nya diberi motor traksi. Dulunya dikonsentrasikan terutama utk jalur pantura karena jalurnya yg relatif datar & jarang berliku-liku.
Kalo ada yg kurang/keliru infonya mohon ditambah/dikoreksi.
